2.8in (71.1mm) Chlorinated Latex Membranes are 0.012in (0.305mm) thick, 10in (254mm) long, and are designed to create a waterproof seal around soil samples for specialized triaxial shear and flexible wall permeability testing applications.
Chlorinated Latex Membranes function similarly to standard latex membranes but are specially designed for triaxial shear and flexible wall permeability tests in unusual environments. The chlorination process results in a hardened but flexible outer membrane surface, which offers less tack, lower friction, and resistance to abrasives and chemicals. Supplied in packages of 12.
