Cube Maker System is used for 2x2in (51x51mm) mortar, grout, and cement cube testing. This inexpensive, time-saving system is reliable for in-house quality control and other nonspecification applications. The system utilizes disposable polyproplene mold liners in a three-gang, aluminum frame. Cured cubes are lifted from the frame, and the liners are stripped away. The reusable frame never needs cleaning, freeing up the user.
The Cube Maker includes a 3-gang, aluminum frame, two stainless steel retainers for compression testing, 27 polypropylene liners, and two red and two amber unbonded polyurethane pad caps. The red caps are for strengths up to 4,000psi (27.6mPa) and the amber caps are for strengths exceeding 4,000psi. The caps may be reused up to 300 times.
Additional three-gang mold frames, liners, and pad caps can reduce sample preparation time and increase production.
