Cylinder Wraps are constructed of canvas-nylon material and respectively fit 4in (102mm) or 6in (152mm) diameter concrete test cylinders. The wrap is secured by Velcro® strips and minimizes debris if a cylinder is broken during compression testing. The wraps also prevent damage to the cylinder while in transit. Cylinder Wraps are especially useful when using unbonded capping systems that often exhibit sudden failure when testing.
