18ft³ Chamber Despatch Electric Oven, Deluxe has 18ft³ (509.7L) capacity and forced-air convection with an adjustable damper. Despatch Protocol 3™ microprocessor controller has self-diagnostic and calibrating capabilities, password security, and a recovery system for power failures. Ovens operate at a single setpoint, in timed cycles, or in up to 255 total ramp and soak profile segments in 64 programs. Additional options allow control of multiple units from a remote PC. Also featured on this oven is a large LED temperature display and LCD status display. Deluxe DOC Series Ovens by Despatch have superior thermal uniformity. The oven is not supplied with a cord and plug must be hard-wired into the electrical supply.
