3.8ft³ Chamber Despatch Electric Oven, Deluxe has 3.8ft³ (108L) capacity and forced air convection with an adjustable damper. Despatch Protocol 3™ microprocessor controller has self-diagnostic and calibrating capabilities, password security, and a recovery system for power failures. Ovens operate at a single setpoint, in timed cycles, or up to 255 total ramps and soak profile segments in 64 programs. Additional options allow control of multiple units from a remote PC. Also featured on this oven is a large LED temperature display and LCD status display. Deluxe DOC Series Ovens by Despatch have superior thermal uniformity. Includes two standard shelves with a 50lb (23kg) capacity. Supplied with a cord and plug.

Q: Will this work with fan-forced heaters?

I'm very satisfied with this product. It was exactly what I wanted in my travel trailer, for a lot more accurate heating. Now I can pinpoint it to exactly the temperature I want, instead of guessing, sliding the conventional thermostat back and forth. Will for sure save on propane too! Nice back light when adjusting the temperature, making it easy to see even at night.
