Despatch Protocol 3™ microprocessor controller has self-diagnostic and calibrating capabilities, password security, and a recovery system for power failures. Ovens operate at a single setpoint in timed cycles or up to 255 total ramp and soak profile segments in 64 programs. Additional options allow control of multiple units from a remote PC. Also featured on this oven is a large LED temperature display and LCD status display. Deluxe DOC Series Ovens by Despatch have superior thermal uniformity. Supplied with a cord and plug.
