Pi Tape Measure gives a quick, direct single reading of average diameter with micrometer accuracy simply by placing tape around the periphery.
This diameter measuring tape is used to measure round or out-of-round specimens of concrete, soils, and asphalt. The 0.10n (2.5mm) thick spring steel tape has graduations and numerals engraved and acid-etched on a ground surface.
Vernier scale reads to 0.001in (0.025mm) diameter with an accuracy of ±0.001in and is furnished with a certificate of calibration traceable to NIST.
HM-162 is graduated in inches, suitable for measuring diameters from 2 to 12in with a ±0.001in accuracy.
HM-162M is Metric and reads from 50 to 300mm with a ±0.025mm accuracy.
