FLIR Ex Pro Series Thermal Imaging Cameras offer instant detection of temperature gradients in many different materials. These sophisticated instruments can be used to determine temperature gradients during paving operations, bridge deck and floor slab inspections, locating delaminations, voids, moisture problems in concrete and masonry prism walls, and other material testing applications.
With high thermal resolution and vibrant imagery, the Ex-Pro series locates potential problem areas and streamlines image data sharing. MSX® (Multi-Spectral Dynamic Imaging) capabilities emboss key visual details onto thermal images to quickly identify problems. After capturing an image, add notes or organize files via the 3.5in touchscreen LCD. Models feature Wi-Fi connectivity to upload files directly to FLIR Ignite™ cloud storage and edit, share, and create reports.
FLIR cameras are rated to withstand shock values to 25g and offer simple navigation for easy one-handed operation. Touch the screen to choose a small area of focus and the camera will automatically adjust based on the thermal contrast at that location. The rechargeable battery lasts four hours and features automatic shutdown to conserve power.
Image modes include thermal MSX, thermal, picture-in-picture, and digital camera. Measurement modes include a center spot, an area box with a hot and cold spot, and Delta T. Pro Series models can communicate via USB-C, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. The internal memory is 8GB.
MA-775R (E5 Pro) has a temperature range of -4–752°F (-20–400°C) and a 160x120 (19,200) pixel thermal resolution with a thermal sensitivity rating of less than 0.11°F (0.06°C).
MA-776R (E6 Pro) with a temperature range of -4–1,022°F (-20–550°C) and a 240x180 (43,200) pixel thermal resolution with a thermal sensitivity rating of less than 0.09°F (0.05°C).
MA-778R (E8 Pro) features a temperature range of -4–1,022°F (-20–550°C) with a full, sharp 320x240 (76,800) thermal pixel resolution and thermal sensitivity of less than 0.7°F (0.04°C). An extra battery and a battery charger are included.
