The Grout Flow Cone Set measures the flowability of fluid hydraulic cement grout used in preplaced aggregate concrete. The flowability is measured by the time of efflux from a 1.725L sample of grout as it passes through a 0.5in (12.7mm) ID orifice of the flow cone.
The cast aluminum Flow Cone is 7x12in (178x305mm), top IDxH, and with a grout volume of 1,725 5mL. It has an adjustable point gauge measurement assembly to indicate the initial sample level.
Flow Cones are available with or without 0.5in or 0.75in Orifices. Both Orifice sizes are compatible with the HM-371 Flow Cone and easily interchanged.
The set also includes a 20.5in (521mm) high sturdy painted steel Stand. A 2qt (1.9L) Stainless Steel Beaker sized to receive grout from a single test and graduated in oz and cc.

HM-372 Flow Cone Set includes a flow cone with a replaceable 0.5in (12.5mm) Orifice. This model meets the standard ASTM C939 flow cone method./p>
HM-373 Flow Cone Set includes a flow cone with a replaceable 0.75in (19mm) Orifice. This model is for less flowable grouts and meets the ASTM D6449 test standard flow cone method.
