Kelway Soil pHD Acidity Tester provides a simple, cost-effective method of obtaining accurate soil pH measurements compared to litmus paper or a glass electrode meter. Simply insert the tester 2 inches into moist soil to determine the pH measurement within minutes.
The MA-71 is handheld, ideal for periodic use, and requires no batteries to operate. The unit generates its own power via a small current between two metal plates. The meter has a pH range of 3 to 8, is accurate to ± .2 pH in acidic soils, and has an adjustment screw for periodic calibration.
