2.0ft³ (56.6L) Low-Temperature Gravity Convection Oven has a maximum temperature of 210°F (99°C) and ±0.5° uniformity. A PID digital proportional temperature controller maintains accuracy within ±1°C for controlled drying or heating. A setting lock mode on the LED display prevents accidental adjustment and a temperature-tracking function stores temperature deviation from set point to indicate any stability fluctuations during operation.
Double-wall construction and energy-efficient, Incoloy sheathed elements provide fast time-to-temperature and recovery time. Outer steel cabinet features a durable, scratch-resistant finish and the corrosion-resistant aluminized inner steel chamber withstands heavy use. Ovens are supplied with one fixed shelf, two adjustable shelves, and a two-year warranty. UL-listed and CSA approved electrical components.
