The HMA-822 Studded Wheel Kit for Low-Temperature Testing for the HM-457 Asphalt Pavement Analyzer Jr. is used to conduct Fatigue and Studded Wheel Testing on asphalt specimens at temperatures to -5°C. This all-in-one kit includes a cold plate, molds, studded wheels and software for installation on operator’s PC, with components used together to simulate the effects of cold temperatures on asphalt mix designs.

Q: Will this work with fan-forced heaters?

I'm very satisfied with this product. It was exactly what I wanted in my travel trailer, for a lot more accurate heating. Now I can pinpoint it to exactly the temperature I want, instead of guessing, sliding the conventional thermostat back and forth. Will for sure save on propane too! Nice back light when adjusting the temperature, making it easy to see even at night.
