Description

Lower Supporting Cradle is a unique design that allows it to be attached to the base of a Gilson MS-36 or MS-38 Lottman Breaking Head for determining the resistance to rutting (rutting tolerance) at high temperatures of asphalt mixtures. The cradle easily fits onto the Lottman Breaking Head by removing the lower loading strip and replacing it with the lower supporting cradle using the same bolts. Accommodates a 150mm dia. Superpave Gyratory, Marshall, or field core specimen.

Q: Will this work with fan-forced heaters?

I'm very satisfied with this product. It was exactly what I wanted in my travel trailer, for a lot more accurate heating. Now I can pinpoint it to exactly the temperature I want, instead of guessing, sliding the conventional thermostat back and forth. Will for sure save on propane too! Nice back light when adjusting the temperature, making it easy to see even at night.
