Marcy® Cone Crushers reduce medium to hard materials, such as aggregate and mineral ores. These crushers are powerful and tough enough for the continuous demands of pilot plant or small production applications and are ideal for reducing 0.5in (12.7mm) feed to 2mm and finer final size, depending on material type.
The 45° cone-shaped head, with detachable manganese steel-faced mantle, is concentrically driven to crush material against a matching manganese steel concave plate, housed in the upper frame. Particle size is accurately controlled by adjusting a threaded connection to the concave plate. The feed hopper can be cleaned easily with easy-open feature and all units have a safety interlock that automatically shuts off power when the hopper is lifted. Models also feature a powerful three-phase TEFC motor.
LC-70 6in Marcy® Gy-Roll Lab Cone Crusher model has about 300lb (136kg) per hour nominal throughput at finer settings, depending on material. Capacity with coarser settings can range up to 1,500lb (680kg) or more. Unit is powered with 0.5hp 230/460V, 60Hz three phase TEFC motor with V-belt drive. The suffix “F” indicates units with 220/380/440V, 50Hz, three phase motors.
LC-72 10in Marcy® Gy-Roll Lab Cone Crusher model has about 600lb (272kg) per hour nominal throughput at finer settings, depending on material. Capacity with coarser settings can range up to 3,000lb (1,360kg) or more. Unit is powered with 2hp 230/460V, 60Hz, three phase TEFC motor with V-belt drive. The suffix “F” indicates units with 220/380/440V, 50Hz, three phase motors.
