Mylar Strips are used with Bending Beam Rheometer (BBR) Molds for measuring flexural creep stiffness of asphalt binder with ATS Bending Beam Rheometers.

The clear strips are affixed to the interior face of the BBR mold sections prior to placing the specimen in the mold for testing and allow for easier sample extraction after testing.

Package contains twelve 6.496x0.748in (165x19mm) WxD strips (0.003in thick) and twenty-four 7.008x0.5in (12.7x178mm) strips (0.0006in thick), enough for twelve tests.

Q: Will this work with fan-forced heaters?

I'm very satisfied with this product. It was exactly what I wanted in my travel trailer, for a lot more accurate heating. Now I can pinpoint it to exactly the temperature I want, instead of guessing, sliding the conventional thermostat back and forth. Will for sure save on propane too! Nice back light when adjusting the temperature, making it easy to see even at night.
