PO-23 Peerless Gas Oven is a four-deck unit with a 150–550°F (65–288°C) temperature range for use with the drying of large samples. The oven can be used with natural or LP gas (specify at time of order) and has 60,000BTU/hr input for fast, efficient operation.
This space-efficient unit offers an energy-efficient burner system with steel tubular burners, easily replaceable controls accessible at the front of the unit, and shelves made of 16-gauge aluminized steel. It is equipped with a safety pilot and thermostat. The oven has adjustable legs and adjustable dampers at each deck.
Construction includes stainless steel front and doors, enameled exterior, sturdy steel shelf decks, and aluminized interior. The oven is supplied for natural gas with a 5in (127mm) direct vent connection. If directly venting, order optional POA-10 Flue Diverter. This unit can also be vented under a canopy hood. Four compartments are each 33x22x7.5in (838x559x191mm) WxDxH.
