Platinum RTD Thermometer is accurate, reliable, and meets requirements for ASTM D2726, D6927, D2041, and other standard test methods as an alternative to mercury thermometers. This thermometer has a temperature range of -148–572°F (-100–300°C) with high accuracy to ±(0.1% + 0.2°C) below 200°C and ±(0.15% + 0.5°C) otherwise. IP67 waterproof rating. Fast 1-second °F/°C switchable data update with low battery indicator. The probe has a 5.9in (149.9mm) stainless steel stem and a 43in (1,092.2mm) cable. Powered by 4 AAA batteries.

Q: Will this work with fan-forced heaters?

I'm very satisfied with this product. It was exactly what I wanted in my travel trailer, for a lot more accurate heating. Now I can pinpoint it to exactly the temperature I want, instead of guessing, sliding the conventional thermostat back and forth. Will for sure save on propane too! Nice back light when adjusting the temperature, making it easy to see even at night.
