Description

R-Value Molds are used for the preparation of R-value soil samples. Samples can be tested with MC-60 Low-Capacity Compression Machine for pavement subgrade design. Molds are constructed of plated steel and measure 4x5in (101.6x127mm) Inner Diameter x Height.

HMA-118 has specified a rough inside finish to meet ASTM D2844 and AASHTO T 190 requirements.

HMA-118S is considered a smooth mold and does not have the final rough finish as required in ASTM and AASHTO standards.

Q: Will this work with fan-forced heaters?

I'm very satisfied with this product. It was exactly what I wanted in my travel trailer, for a lot more accurate heating. Now I can pinpoint it to exactly the temperature I want, instead of guessing, sliding the conventional thermostat back and forth. Will for sure save on propane too! Nice back light when adjusting the temperature, making it easy to see even at night.
