PRT Temperature Probe is used with the 4-Channel Thermocouple & RTD Data Logger for 2-channel datalogging with platinum Pt100 sensors. RTD probes deliver more accurate readings than thermocouple probes and offer greater long-term stability, making them ideal for applications requiring precise, repeatable temperature measurements. Probes connect to PT1 and PT2 inputs. Two probes are required for 2-channel operation and differential readings.

Q: Will this work with fan-forced heaters?

I'm very satisfied with this product. It was exactly what I wanted in my travel trailer, for a lot more accurate heating. Now I can pinpoint it to exactly the temperature I want, instead of guessing, sliding the conventional thermostat back and forth. Will for sure save on propane too! Nice back light when adjusting the temperature, making it easy to see even at night.
