Description

HMA-667 Loading Weight is used with the HM-562 Expansion Index Consolidometer when determining the swelling potential of compacted soils. When used together, the HMA-667 12.1lb (5.7kg) loading weight and 0.6lb (0.27kg) top porous stone achieve the 1lbf/in2 confining load needed for testing before saturation. The 4in (102mm) diameter loading weight is made of stainless steel and meets ASTM D4829 criteria.

Q: Will this work with fan-forced heaters?

I'm very satisfied with this product. It was exactly what I wanted in my travel trailer, for a lot more accurate heating. Now I can pinpoint it to exactly the temperature I want, instead of guessing, sliding the conventional thermostat back and forth. Will for sure save on propane too! Nice back light when adjusting the temperature, making it easy to see even at night.
