2.3ft³ Chamber Despatch Electric Ovens, Standard have a 2.3ft³ (65L) capacity and forced-air convection. This series of ovens come with two standard shelves with a 50lb (23kg) capacity. Each oven also comes with a 15 amp cord and NEMA plug, a single setpoint digital proportioning controller, and rocker switches that control power and heat. Top-mounted fan and side plenums optimize heat distribution, promoting faster and more even drying. Rated temperature uniformity is ±3° at 150°C.

Q: Will this work with fan-forced heaters?

I'm very satisfied with this product. It was exactly what I wanted in my travel trailer, for a lot more accurate heating. Now I can pinpoint it to exactly the temperature I want, instead of guessing, sliding the conventional thermostat back and forth. Will for sure save on propane too! Nice back light when adjusting the temperature, making it easy to see even at night.
