Steel Concrete Curing Tanks are available for curing cylinders, beams, and other molded specimens. The deep tanks are filled with lime-saturated water and maintained at proper temperatures. They meet all requirements specified in ASTM and AASHTO standards for the initial field and long-term laboratory curing with less expense and greater adaptability than full-scale moist curing rooms.
Steel tanks have a rim reinforced with pipe for strength and straight sides with round ends to make the most efficient use of floor space. The sturdy rolled seam with enclosed sealant prevents leaks. The side panels are 22ga, zinc-coated galvanized steel with corrugations for additional strength. The bottom is 20ga galvanized steel. All tanks have a drain plug.
Note: Curing Tanks are oversized and must be shipped via motor freight.
