USB Thermocouple Temperature Data Logger stores over 32,000 readings and is compatible with K, J, and T-type thermocouples. The included K-type thermocouple probe with 5ft (1.5m) cable has a range of 32 to 392°F (0 to 200°C) with 1.0°F (0.5°C) resolution and accuracy of ±2°F (1°C). It attaches to the standard connector at the base of the logger. It offers an immediate or delayed logging start, with logging rates between 1 second and 12 hours. Alarms are user-programmable, and the status indicators display in red for possible alarm conditions and green for normal status. The device operates with the included lithium AA battery, which generally lasts two years before needing to be replaced.
Data is transferred to the user’s PC using the free downloadable software and direct connection of the logger to the computer’s USB port. Software is compatible with 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows 7, 8, and 10, allowing the operator to download, graph, annotate data, and/or export in Excel, PDF, and jpg formats. MA-495 also comes with a wall mounting bracket.
