Ultrasonic Sieve Cleaner is used for full immersion of two full-height, three intermediate-height, or four half-height 12in (305mm) sieves for cleaning with a volume of 13.75gal (52L). The CROSSFIRE multi-frequency ultrasonic system combines the properties of two or more frequencies into a single tank, providing the power and large particle removal of low-frequency ultrasonics with the even energy distribution and smaller particle removal of higher-frequency ultrasonics.
Most sieve cloth, including fragile precision electroformed mesh, is completely cleaned in just one to five minutes. The generating unit is separate from the stainless steel liquid tank for a safe, convenient set-up. The generator has an easy-to-operate On/Off push button. Threaded inlet and outlet drain connections are provided.
