Ultrasonic 8in Sieve Cleaner fully immerses up to four full-height or six half-height 8in (203mm) sieves in a 4gal (15.1L) volume for cleaning. The CROSSFIRE multi-frequency ultrasonic system combines the properties of two or more frequencies into a single tank, providing the power and large particle removal of low-frequency ultrasonics with the even energy distribution and smaller particle removal of higher-frequency ultrasonics.
Most sieve cloth, including fragile precision electroformed mesh, can be cleaned completely in one to five minutes. Water is poured directly into the tank. The generator features an On/Off push button.
Units are provided with a drain connection with a ball valve. Sieve Rack is included. Extra racks can be ordered separately to increase productivity. A separate generating unit stands apart from the stainless steel liquid tank providing a safe, convenient set-up.
