Universal Flexural Set is used to measure flexural strength and determine the modulus of rupture for 6x6in (152x152mm) and 4x4in (101.6x101.6mm) concrete beams, with a 12–30in (305–762mm) span for center or third point loading. The set is compatible with Gilson Concrete Compression Machines and the Low-Capacity Compression Machine. The set includes a head assembly with loading blocks and a base with bearing blocks. The head assembly attaches to the compression machine with a locking stem system. Meets ASTM C78/78M, C293/293M, and AASHTO T 97 and T 177 standards for flexural strength testing of concrete beams.
