W.S. Tyler Ro-Tap E Sieve Shakers offer accurate, repeatable separations for light to medium-duty applications with 8in (203mm) or 12in (305mm) test sieves. Unique, electromagnetic vibration produces controlled, constant amplitude and three-dimensional sieving action to ensure complete separations for No.10–No.635 (2.0mm–20µm) particle size range for most materials.
Both cast iron shaker models feature quick-release clamps, sound-reducing operation, and see-through covers. Digital controls enable the customized settings of vibration characteristics for fine or coarse material analysis. A selection of brushes is available separately to clean sieves and help maintain a long service life.
SS-34 is compact and requires minimal counter space. The shaker accepts nine full-height or fifteen half-height sieves, plus a pan. Units automatically adjust to 110V, 60Hz or 220V, 50Hz power supplies. Product dimensions are 18X18X30in (460x460x760mm) WxDxH.
SS-36 is a larger floor-standing unit with a separate digital control panel that can be remotely mounted for convenient operation. Sieve capacity is seven full-height, ten half-height sieves, and nine intermediate-height with a pan. Units operate on 110V, 60Hz or 220V, 50Hz power supplies. Product dimensions are 15x17x38in (380x430x960mm) WxDxH.
