Fritsch Jaw Crusher performs fast and uniform pre-crushing of hard and very hard brittle materials and is a classic workhorse crusher for rock, soil, mining, geology, and construction industries. The Jaw Crusher uses two counteracting grinding disks with coarse interlocking teeth to grind material through pressure. Ground material falls down through a pre-set gap into the collection vessel.
The maximum feed size is 60mm, depending on the material, and the final fineness is 1–15mm, which can be determined by easily adjusting the 10-stage gap width between the crushing jaws. The adjustable gap width allows the Jaw Crusher to adapt to the breaking characteristics of the respective sample to achieve a narrow particle size range and ideal grinding results.
FT-101 is powered by a 1-phase motor and operates on 100–120V, 60Hz.
FT-101F is powered by a 1-phase motor and operates on 230V, 50Hz.
FT-103 is powered by a 3-phase motor and operates on 200V, 60Hz.
FT-103F is powered by a 3-phase motor and operates on 400V, 50Hz.
The grinding chamber is enclosed for safe and dust-free operation but can be opened in seconds, making it especially easy to access and clean the crushing jaw and chamber. The Exhaust System can be attached to the unit to remove dust during grinding, purchased separately.
A fixed crushing jaw and a movable crushing jaw made of hardened steel are included. Crushing Jaws are available in a wide range of other materials to avoid contamination and are purchased separately.
