Fritsch Vibrating Cup Mill performs fast, high-energy dry or wet grinding of hard, brittle, and fibrous materials in mining, metallurgy, ceramics, agriculture, forensic analysis, and construction materials industries. This mill has adjustable rotational speeds of 600–1500rpm, a maximum feed size of 12mm, and reduces samples to a final fineness of 10–20µm.
Grinding involves circular oscillations of the grinding set, which comprises a ring and puck, to grind samples with high pressure, impact forces, and friction. Precisely adjust rotational speed, grinding time, and pause intervals via the user-friendly, multilingual LCD menu screen. Hood and case have sound insulation, and hood safety switch permits operation only when closed.
Grinding Sets of 50, 100, or 250mL are available in five materials and ordered separately. Grinding sets are especially light and equipped with heat-insulated handles.
