Description

Soil Resistivity Reel is a single, 4-wire system that aligns with the 4-Pin Wenner Method and maximum pin spacing of 20ft (6.1m). The reel wiring system includes four 4ft (1.2m) long color-coded banana plug test leads to connect reel wires to an Analog or Digital Soil Resistance Meter.

The lightweight reel is made of industrial-grade thermoplastic and attached to a zinc-coated frame. A drum brake prevents over-reeling or unreeling. Wires, test leads, and banana jack terminals. Terminals are color-coded; 65ft (19.81m) black, 45ft (13.72m) red, 25ft (7.62m) orange, and 5ft (1.52m) yellow. The wires are No.16 AWG with PVC insulation.

Q: Will this work with fan-forced heaters?

I'm very satisfied with this product. It was exactly what I wanted in my travel trailer, for a lot more accurate heating. Now I can pinpoint it to exactly the temperature I want, instead of guessing, sliding the conventional thermostat back and forth. Will for sure save on propane too! Nice back light when adjusting the temperature, making it easy to see even at night.
