Shear Boxes

Shear Boxes are used in testing direct or residual shear strength of soil specimens with Karol-Warner Dead-Weight and Pneumatic Direct/Residual Shear Machines. The horizontally divided boxes are available in a range of inch and metric sizes with round or square shapes and constructed of anodized aluminum with a Teflon® finish. Two Porous Stones are included.
