Fritsch Vibratory Feeder with a V-shaped channel allows sample material to flow freely from its hopper into the Fritsch Rotary Cone Sample Divider or Fritsch Variable Speed Rotor Mill. A microprocessor controls vibration, which conveys sample material out of the funnel over the V-shaped stainless steel channel into the respective equipment between 1 and 1,500g/min. The conveyance channel is 330mm long with 215mm channel overlap.
Flow rate can be individually adjusted using the separate control unit and vibration amplitude is precisely controlled for consistent performance of even the smallest quantities. The Vibratory Feeder is suitable for coarse and fine materials.
