UCS Load & Displacement Measurement

Component sets for ASTM D2166 or AASHTO T 208 Unconfined Compression testing of soil specimens are purchased separately for use with Gilson Load Frames. Analog sets with dial gauges and aluminum Load Rings are available in 500 or 1,000lbf capacities. A Digital Component Set with 1,000lbf capacity load cell and two-channel readout is also available. Sets include a mounting bracket and plastic specimen disc.
